With their music and club shows touching all four corners of the world, their impact is undeniable.
Sasha and John Digweed’s journey into dance music history began with their groundbreaking mix of the Renaissance: The Mix Collection in 1994, a release that would lay the foundation for their global impact. Their Northern Exposure club nights spread their sound across the UK, culminating in the release of the Northern Exposure mix CD, which remains one of the best-ever rated mix CDs in the genre.
A sell-out tour across Australasia and the USA further expanded their reach, and by 1996, their legendary five-year residency at Twilo in New York solidified their position at the forefront of the global dance music scene. In 2002, they achieved another milestone with the Delta Heavy tour, becoming the first DJs to tour rock-band style in the US, selling out 37 shows across North America.
Where many careers are built on hype, Sasha and John Digweed not only lived up to it but continue to evolve, shape, and create unforgettable moments in club culture, remaining influential figures in the dance music world for decades.
